Heavy on the Hookah ("we", "us") operates heavyonthehookah.com. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this simple because our data handling is simple: we collect what we need to quote and run your event, and nothing else.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the quote request form, that is:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your event type, date, start time, location and estimated guest count
• The package you are interested in, and any message or details you add

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not require an account to use this site. The site stores one small item in your browser's local storage to remember that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so you are not asked on every visit. That value contains only a timestamp, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

How your form submission is handled

Our quote form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, Formspree receives your submission and forwards it to our business email inbox. Formspree processes that data under its own privacy policy, and may retain a copy of the submission in our account.

Our site is hosted on DigitalOcean, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Like most hosting and content providers, these services may log standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
• To coordinate and deliver your event if you book with us
• To keep basic records of past bookings

We will not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not share, rent or sell your information to third parties. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you would rather not use the form at all, just call or text us instead.

Age restriction

This site and our services are intended only for people 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
